What is included in your fee?
BPM Discos pride themselves in being able to offer a flexible pricing system to suit our cleints needs, From small parties to large weddings our free online service can display your quote online instanly. Full descriptions are included in the individual packages but as a general rule Our fee Includes at the very least the Hire and the Delivery, setup/takedown of the modern equipment and an Experienced DJ to entertain your guests.
What music do you play?
We have a very
wide music collection taking in many Decades and Genres. This includes the 1950's, 60's, 70's, 80's,
90's, Motown, Soul, Rock'n'Roll, Along with the upto date chart tracks. Unless otherwise stated by you we will look to play something for everyone whilst matching the selection to your Guests. We can also use low level background
music whilst your guests arrive and during a buffet or dining break.
Guests can be invited to make their requests throughout the evening if you desire.
Can I choose the music that you play?
Yes, Using our Intelligent website we can offer all of our clients access to our online Client Area, In here we have Ten tools designed to aid you with the planning of your event.
Included in this area is a Pick 'n' Click Music database which allows you to select Do, Maybe and Dont Play requests before your event!.
However if you would prefer us to use our experience we will play a wide range of popular and suitable tracks.
We can also extend this area to allow your guests to request a favourite track ahead of the event.

We are a Professional Mobile Disco company, who take all our bookings seriously. We spend a great deal of time preparing for events to ensure the entertainment we provide is the best possible for you. In doing so, we only use the highest quality professional equipment, not a hi-fi and a few lights bought from a household electrical store.
All our bookings are confirmed in writing to give you piece of mind we will turn up. We receive numerous calls each year on a Friday and Saturday afternoons from people looking for a disco that night, who have been let down at the last minute. We have never cancelled a booking, and we do not intend to in the future.
We carry full back up equipment so that if for some reason a piece of equipment did malfunction, which is highly unlikely, we would just use the back up, so the disco would not need to stop.
We may not be the cheapest mobile disco, but is it worth the risk of booking someone cheaper, to just save a few pounds, which could end up ruining your special event?
We have Public Liability Insurance for ten million pounds to protect you and your party guests and all our equipment has been PAT (Portable Appliance Testing) Tested. Many venues are now insisting that all discos need to show proof of these before they will be allowed to get into the venue. If your disco does not have these they may be refused entry and you will be left with no entertainment for your event - Also for your piece of mind our Van is serviced on a regular basis and we have a full repair/recovery policy should we suffer a breakdown. In the event of extreme Illness or accident (Collective Touching of wood!) We will arrange cover of a standard at least equal to our own through either our professional body or networking collegues.
Further to this we offer the following 'Cola' analogy - you can buy a can of Cola for 10p, but many people prefer Coke or Pepsi. You can still DRINK the 10p can of Cola and no doubt it would refresh you. And - if you weren't bothered about anything else, then you'd be happy with your 10p purchase - If however you wanted a decent taste you'd pay a little more and buy the premium product.

Possibly, depending on the date and the amount of days until your event, If we can't help personally we may be able to point you to someone who can.
Do You Use a Fog Machine?
Most of the venues that we play in do not allow the use of a fog machine due to them setting off the smoke alarms. We do have a fog machine that we are happy to use as long as we have permission from the venue to use it - It is the clients responsability to seek this permission. We also have a Snow/Foam Machine for Hire for a nominal fee to cover the consumable fluid. Our Bubble Machine is currently being offered free of charge for Kids events.

Do you do Karaoke?
Yes we do, It is available on its own or in addition to Our Disco. We have over 8000 and tracks and update our collection on a monthly basis, Full information can be found on our Karaoke Page.
Can I see you working at another Disco before I book you?
Most of our workload is for private functions
such as birthdays, and it would be very unprofessional of us to invite along
potential clients to view us at any function which is a private function or a
closed family occasion. We also respect the privacy of our clients and under the
data protection act it would be an offence to pass on booking information to any
third party.

What area do you cover?
We normally cover anywhere within a 50 Mile radius of Market Harborough, Leicestershire but will travel Nationwide.
What Will The DJ Wear?
All of our DJ's will dress appropriately for your event, at the very least they will be in Black shoes, Trousers and Shirts.
Will You Carry On After The Agreed Finishing Time?
Extra time may be available on the night subject to the venues approval and at the DJ's discretion.
The overtime rate is £25 per half hour, this must be paid to the DJ in cash at the start of each half an hour.
When And How will I need to Pay?
A reservation fee is payable at the time of booking, the balance must be paid no later then Fourteen Days before your event date - your current accounat balance is viewable within your client area, email reminders will also be sent.
How Do I Confirm My Disco With You?
If our quote is to your satisfaction you may wish to proceed with booking us for your event. There are two ways of doing this, online and over the telephone. If you wish to do it online you can click the Book Now button which appears at the bottom of the online quote screen, this will then allow you to print the confirmation paperwork (of which you will need to send a signed copy back to us) and pay your reservation fee using your Credit/Debit Card or Paypal, Alternatively when you return your signed booking confirmation you can accompany it with a cheque. We allow Seven days from when we send you the confirmation (during this time your event is classed as pending) in which to receive your signed booking confirmation and reservation fee, your event will onle be confirmed when we receive both the signed booking form and the reservation fee.
Do You Charge For Setting Up Earlier In The Day?
This is an option normally associated with Weddings and is inclusive of your quoted price if you select it on the quote form (AM Setup). Benefits of an AM setup include the use of the microphone for speeches and the system for background music (Assuming the Wedding Breakfast and Reception are held in the same room). Additional seperate PA systems are available for hire for many applications including chill out rooms and ceremony amplifaction. If you wish we can arrange a DJ to stay with the system all day at the cost of £10.00 per hour.
